We can’t say enough amazing things about Ted. From the first time we met him, we had such a great impression and immediately noticed that he’s a very thorough and caring person. He made sure to take note of exactly how we care for Oreo and what her routine was like. He has a gentle and lovely demeanour that would make any cat feel comfortable. While you’re away, he sends pictures and videos of your pet every day. He will respect your pet’s boundaries if they are shy, which is our case. Oreo does not do well with new people, so Ted just keeps her company during his visits. He always makes sure that she is comfortable, fed, and healthy, and that her litter box is clean. Ted’s communication is top notch and is so easy to work with. When we travel, we have no hesitation trusting him with our cat and even our home.

Ted is a wonderful cat sitter. He is very thorough with making sure he has all the proper instructions and information for your home, pets and plants. He sends video and photo updates daily. We have two cats and when we first booked Ted, we had only had them one month and they were very shy rescues who we thought would hide for every visit. We were super happy and surprised to see photos and videos of them out and about and even playing with Ted when he came to visit. We travel several times a year and it’s a huge relief having found such a wonderful sitter, we never worry and can relax on our vacations.
